This is the second ‘Success Story’ so far in our ongoing series. We hope you enjoy reading our mini case study as much as we enjoyed writing it!
Over the last couple of months we have been working closely with a well-known Sussex toy retailer. Having previously helped Stephen (Director at Toy Barnhaus), he gave us the opportunity to look at 2 more of his stores’ electricity contracts.
He initially sent over a copy of his bill for one of their stores – which is really helpful for us, as it gives us all the information we need. We took the time to understand Stephen’s preferences, and with this knowledge looked at a range of prices and suppliers to find the best option. We sent this to Stephen for his review and approval. He was delighted with what we proposed and gave us the go ahead to get the switch started.
By managing the entire process (including providing notice of termination to his existing supplier), we ensured it was as swift and pain free as possible for everyone involved. Finally, with a couple of quick signatures, we were able to set everything up for the new contract.
Delighted with the service and prices we provided, Stephen was more than happy to send us details of another of his branches. Using the same quick and easy process, we secured a great deal here too!
Having worked closely with Stephen for a period of time now we are thrilled that he is happy to send us details of the rest of his stores as and when they become eligible for renewal.
